"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are fantastic and so is the pool. The food and service is first class: special mention for Kasuga, Velecia, Aditi and Meenashi. The area around the hotel is great for gifts and restaurants. We had an issue for a couple of days with the noise levels from a large wedding being hosted at the hotel which impacted on the public spaces. However, the hotel responded quickly and well when we raised our concerns. "

"This property and staff way exceed my expectations. I recommend this facility unreservedly to anyone. I took my mom for her 84th birthday. It is safe, the staff are personable courteous and respectful. This is a very family friendly place and the guests too (during the time i was there Mar 23 to Apr 2) were well behaved folks. I wouldn’t consider myself a world traveller, but have travelled some, and stayed in many upscale hotels for work. Not sure if this facility ranks among the luxury

"My new favorite hotel in So. Mumbai (beating out The Oberoi and Taj)! Beautiful, stylish, and comfortable rooms. Convenient location allowed me to get around the city. It is also connected to a great mall with fantastic shopping, dining, and a terrific movie theatre. Amazing pool and gym. But the BEST feature? The breakfast. The very best breakfast buffet I’ve had in any hotel in Bombay and maybe any hotel in all of India. I hesitated to write this review because I was tempted to “gate-keep” this hotel lest it become too popular or the prices go up! But I couldn’t resist sharing— this hotel is a dream come true! "
