"This is a beautiful and incredibly convenient hotel for stop overs. Very helpful staff. Various massages and treatments available. The only down side was it said it was a spa hotel but only provided treatments not amenities. Breakfast was serviced by Shreyas and made sure we had everything we needed. "

"I stayed at the Oberoi two times in a two week period upon arrival and departure in India. The first stay was the perfect landing into the country after a 23 hour journey. The staff was welcoming and helpful after such a long time. The room was luckily upgraded and we entered into a true sanctuary. Everything is immaculately clean. The rooms are spacious. It's a nice walk to the sea for sunset and close to cool shopping like Kala Ghoda and Colaba. It's quiet and beautiful. The staff was all extremely helpful with my severe seafood allergy and made me feel confident and attended to. We loved our first stay so much that we canceled our other reservation in Mumbai for the end of the trip and rebooked at Oberoi. And it did not disappoint"

"I don't write any reviews but I had to for this establishment. This was the best hotel I've ever been to. I am very well traveled, have been around the world and unbiased. Went to another hotel in Mumbai for a night after my two nights stay here and it was night and day. Service quality and the staff here are remarkable. Every accommodation was made quickly and respectfully. When staff members know your name everywhere you go, that shows their dedication. W"
