"Convenient situation. Road near property a total mess. Outside bar unhygienic with rats. Bar staff useless. Cannot put charge for meals on to room bill. Do not take international cards. Swimming pool area very dirty."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA!! We booked the hotel for 1 night and when we arrived the customer service representative at the front desk informed us they are not registered with Expedia and they do not have a booking for us even though I pre-paid on Expedia. Expedia informed me that it is a non-refundable booking. Where did my money go? Expedia is now looking into the issue. The hotel name has changed and the phone number has also changed...even the color of the building is different...

"Wonderful stay at this hotel. There are lots of options for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. It’s close to Mumbai Central and lots of restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend. "
