"On traditionally bleak winters day in south west Dorset this hotel was warm and welcoming, spacious and well presented rooms. Breakfast was well cooked and served promptly. A strong 9/10 because although you should never judge a book by the cover, this hotel lets it self down with it's exterior presentation"

"The family suite was a great option for our trip. 2 teenage girls loved their room and we had a fab main-bedroom with superking bed. Bathroom was well equipped - the shower was so very nice - powerful and warm. We enjoyed spending time in the bar / lounge where premium drinks were offered. The team were on hand to help with any requests we may have had. The breakfast offer was really well enjoyed - cooked fresh with personalisation welcomed.
