"I had to book a last minute 1-night stay due to flights being canceled and the front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and cozy for one person. The shower has GREAT hot water temp and pressure which I always appreciate at hotel stays. The lobby cafe/restaurant was good for morning bite, but a bit overpriced. Overall great short stay and no complaints."

"I was charged over 400 a night for 2 nights and the room looked like it was still in 1990. No refrigerator, the carpet was old, all the furniture looked like it was bought from the salvation army, both beds had missing pieces, the thermostat didn't work at all so i couldn't control the temperature in the room, the bathroom was ruated in different areas and there was hair in there from god knows when. I will NEVER in my life stay here again and i DO NOT recommend this hotel, even to my worst enemy. "

"Overall, the place is beautiful and the staff is friendly. I will say that there were a few things that didn’t go well. Our hotel phone wasn’t working for two days but staff was quick to tend to it. Our heater was also not working, the window would never fully shut all the way and cold air kept seeping through. I ended up getting sick on my trip and Im not sure if that’s what it was. Our mini fridge wasn’t really keeping things cold. It was a great hotel but our room specifically just had quite a few things wrong with it and considering how much we paid it should’ve been better. The restaurant, bar, and coffee shop were great. "
