"I arrived in NYC by train to meet a friend for dinner and a play, stay overnight, and return home next day. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from Amtrak station and walking distance to Broadway. I was able to check in early and take a shower and change and found staff very helpful. Also, the Tick Tok diner, which is attached, was great place to have breakfast before train home. I will return."

"I liked the convenience of Times Square with my entire family. Extremely walkable and close to everything. I wish there were washcloths without having to request. The accommodations were as expected and slept my husband and I and our children with no issue. "

"The air conditioning in our room did not work, and it took almost two hours for them to send engineers and ultimately move us that took away from our quiet time in the afternoon, which was not fair. We wanted to take a nap and rest up before a party on Halloween. We did not get to do that."
