"The gem of a place is beautiful in blue and white reminding me of a Swiss chalet in some ways. Staff is very helpful. The assistant manager helped me with a limo to Pattaya which will take me straight to our hotel there. Had one dinner here and food was great. Breakfasts are amazing. Lots of good food and options to order off the menu for eggs and other things. Enjoyed a swim in the pool one day. We extended our stay here for four nights. Walkable to restaurants and shops and the pharmacy....

We had our bathing suits draped on the porch to dry & they had set up a drying rack for us without us asking which was so nice! The property is so clean & manicured. The room is clean. "Basic hotel, but overpriced even for basic. We weren't in the high rise building. Weird bathroom setup; huge room for sink but no place to hang anything, needs hooks or shelves, then small toilet/shower space. Water sprayer by toilet leaked from hose in a few places so they had it turned it off instead of fixing. When water valve turned on, water sprayed all over in different directions.
