"Trip started with the hotel not receiving my reservation, but John guided me through the process of contacting hotels.com and the problem was resolved quickly. He was very accommodating throughout the stay! Room was clean and comfortable! The only complaint about the room was that the thermostat is motion control and changed to about 78 degrees during the night, we were miserable until we got up and reset it. Hotel is under renovations, lots of workers around and the back door to the place stood...
