"It is in a great location. We had no troubles at all whilst there. Staff friendly and prompt when we asked for help. We had a lovely room and big enough for 2 adults. Great shower. I did not notice the traffic noise outside. The buffet could be spaced out a bit more, it can get cramped when a lot of people are up getting food and coffee all at once. Maybe a bigger bar fridge in the room would be great, u can not put much in it. We will come back and stay again for our next visit. "

"THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. WE CANNOT CALL A TAXI NOR UBER TO THE AIRPORT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF COME TO HELP US ON THE MOBILE APP AND EVEN GO OUT TO CALL A TAXI FOR US. IT IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY APPRECIATED."

"Can be noisy and messy as it extremely close to wet market and local market but location is really close to Causeway Bay which is less than a 10 minute walk away. Very small room but it worked for my needs. If you want space look elsewhere."

"Quite a gem around Causeway Bay. Minutes from the MTR exit and Times Square. Only thing to note is if you are coming on the airport train to Causeway bay, there is a bit of a walk at Hong Kong station / Central to transfer to the island line. Otherwise hotel is great. No frills, location is great and room was reasonably clean and quiet. Breakfast is included. Would definitely return again"

"It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway."

"Decent hotel in a good location near escalators. Shuttle bus every hour to central is very useful and runs in time. Wifi is very good. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms are very small for the price. Bed is like concrete and to be honest it would be more comfortable to sleep on the floor! Overall good though. Didn't try breakfast "
