"The hotel was great. We were visiting family in Bad Vilbel. Location was great. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very clean and air conditioning was very cold. It was very hot when we were there over 100 degrees . The hotel was very cool at all times. "

Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean.
Breakfast basic.
No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German.
Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses.
For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided."
"Amazing old castle, beautifully restored but authentic. Walking paths to old ruins. Lots of stone steps! Delicious food in the restaurant and breakfast area. "
"Small basic room but clean and comfortable. Hotel has a confusing array of staircases but once shown the way to your room it is ok.
Friendly staff and restaurant food is outstanding. Plenty of parking available."

"Great hotel with an absolutely beautiful and stunning dining room and garden. The breakfast was superb with lots of options. We will certainly stay again when we visit Fulda in the future "
"Nice spacious rooms with a large bright washroom. Room and property was very clean and in good condition. Parking for only 5€ and we didn’t eat breakfast in the restaurant so unable to comment on food. Hotel is in a remote area 20-25 mins from downtown Frankfurt. Noisy with highway traffic if you want to open windows. "
"The facilities (restaurants, SpA wellness) are really nice. However the heating in my room did not work with 10 degrees outside, and they didn't fix it, the gym was only usable between 10 and 22, however during check-in I was told that I would be able to access it 24/7, "
