"This was a nice place to stay. We had stayed here before it was recently renovated and had a pleasant experience. However, I was disappointed because when I booked the dates I was expecting the indoor pool to be working. The Expedia website did not mention the indoor pool was out of order. Otherwise, I would have chosen another hotel."

"Entering the lobby gave a sense of cleanliness and organization. Staff at front desk was very polite and quick with my reservation. Maintenance tech was a friendly man. The room was clean and orderly. Seems that the room has had a make over. I was on the 8th floor with a balcony and great view of the ocean. Overall was a pleasant stay and I will be coming back."

"They are doing renovations so there is plaster and paint here, there and everywhere and the ice machine on the 3rd floor doesn't work."

"The hotel was close to our venue. Only one nearby restaurant that wasn't fast food. The pool was closed, the elevator was not working and my room had a moldy smell. I could have asked to move but i was next door to a friend. The french toast at breakfast was barely edible. And why offer french toast when you have waffles? Only hard boiled eggs available at breakfast. "

"After taking two days to get here and missing the time that I had paid for the room, due to heavy snow storms the general manager was very pleasant. Very helpful."

"Absolutely beautiful, clean hotel from lobby to pool to the room! Room was well equipped with items we needed for the pull out couch bed. Wish there were a few gluten free options at breakfast other than eggs, but not everyone needs that accommodation so it wasn't a big deal. "
