"Extremely ridiculous check in process. Sent to 3 different properties to check in via someone on WhatsApp who randomly messaged me. Delayed check in process by 1.5 hours. Hotel is not a hotel its rooms above a cafe. Room was dirty upon arrival, fridge was repulsive with mouldy products inside and mould on tray as shown to cafe staff. Contrary to what we expected and what was mentioned, there was no free wifi (there was no wifi at all!), the parking was 1.3 km away and this was not a hotel but a series of appartements. "We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "
