"Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. "Well maintained and organised. Lovely staff and food. Very little if any. No smart TV so limited viewing options. I personally like android TV to allow all my stuff being available. "

"My family enjoyed the accommodations. Front desk staffs were professional & friendly. Bedding was very comfortable. The villa is spacious with Kitchenette, dining room table. Good layout. Free breakfast is a plus. We had a car so we just went to the town for dinner. Che desserts at Mr Beans is a must try."

Zannier: luxury, simplicity & personal service

"4 nights in a private pool beach villa, just steps from the sand and beach bar has convinced us to seek out more Zannier properties. Chic and beautiful environments, quiet luxury with a bit of local flair made the moments indoors special, and only to be surpassed by exploring the vast and spectacular hillside, beach and rice paddy natural preserve. Well done to all the staff, chefs, therapists. We look forward to visiting Bai San Ho again! "

"I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. However the service is not 5 stars and certain parts of the Hotel are run down. A few examples would be no pool or bar service before 5pm as most Vietnamese are scared of the sun and won't go swimming before then. Only one restaurant on site which couldn't make the fresh juice on their menu because they said they were too busy. There were like 3 tables out of a 30 tables full. No aircon in the lobby areas. There were several other ones I could talk about but yeah again it says 5 stars but its more like 4. If you think you're getting a good deal because you see 5 stars you're not. Spend the extra money and go to an international Hotel brand. If you want a 4 stsr hotel with pretty decent villa then stay here but keep expectations low like I did and you'll be good"
