"This hotel is excellent from the quick, friendly check in to the nicely appointed rooms. It would be nice to have a microwave and in room coffee maker, but the Tru hotels don't have them in room. There is access to microwave and hot water and coffee at all times in the lobby. The only real ding I have is the water pressure in the shower was not good. We were, however, on the third floor. Steven the gm was running breakfast on Sunday morning. It was awesome to see a gm willing to do anything needed. Everyone is super friendly and helpful at this hotel. "
