"Best thing about the Luxor is reasonable price for a nice clean room and the bed and pillows are AMAZING!!! I have a bad back and back pain so the bed can make or break my stay. Luxor bed is phenomenal! I slept better on it than on my own bed! Highly recommend. My only complaint was the staff service was nonexistent. The front desk was always too busy with long lines. Couldn’t get through to anyone. Tried using the app chat service and got no response. 2 out of 3 of the lights in our bathroom were out and it would have been nice if we could have gotten those replaced but it wasn’t a deal breaker."
