"The hotel is under construction and we were never informed about it. We had a junior suite booked but we had to go to the other wing of the hotel to escape the noise and dust, so we got a regular room. Hotels.com has not refunded us the difference despite several tries and explanations. There is no sauna in this hotel . The massage was really good. "

"The hotel was in a perfect location. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains from our room, the lobby, the bar & restaurant. Staff was great. We enjoyed the food and drinks. Perfect for our trip to Torres del Paine. The only disappointing thing was the inability to have a good nights sleep. The room was rather hot, which couldn’t be regulated. If you opened the window, the street noise was loud."

"A very unique, quaint, comfortable accommodation in a perfect location! The new owner Norlly was very welcoming, friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations, tours… She is gradually updating the entire property. We arrived early and she kindly had a room made ready. Breakfast was very good (eggs included- omelette was yummy! There is also a lovely lunch/tea room here. Coffee & tea were always a available as was a common fridge to use. Beds, linens & towels were clean & of good quality....
