You always go in small groups with a guide, and their guides are young, energetic, friendly and really know their park well. "The owner is very friendly. But the facilities in the room are very simple and lack necessary furniture. The room only has a very small bedside table, a soft chair and a long stool. Water sprayed out from the faucet joint in the bathroom. Even calling the owner could not solve the problem. I had no choice but to wrap a strong napkin issued on the plane around the faucet connection to direct the fine water sprayed out into the bath basin to prevent the water from flowing to the shower room floor....

"We have spent 2 weeks in Patagonia, both Chile and Argentina staying in about five different hotels. Hands down Simple Patagonia is the best. The hospitality and service was above and beyond anywhere else we've stayed and kudos to the chef. We ate there three nights in a row and every meal was absolutely fantastic. I would give it six stars if I could!"

"Really enjoyable few days at The Veat. Room was cosy and warm, and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Handy having an onsite cafe too. Staff friendly and helpful and we were able to store our luggage for a couple of days when we travelled elsewhere."

"Good value for TDP. Beautiful campgrounds in the valley facing the mountains and up against the Rio Serrano river. Dome tents are sparse, just a bed and nightstand, but tents are good quality and blankets are super thick. Rechargeable nightlamps must be returned each day to recharge but only last about 30 minutes at night. Each site has a shelter with picnic table and plug. Plentiful clean campground bathrooms and good showers. Power AND water are OFF 11pm-8am. Lovely small restaurant on site...
