"The room is very clean and bedding is very comfortable. Sea view room has beautiful lake view. Nice breakfast selection with gorgeous scene looking out to the lake. Hotel staffs are super nice and helpful. we had a flat tire. Receptionist was helping us to call around for tire service and also ask the hotel owner to help. Without his help, there is no way we can get the flat tire out. They also recommended a few service locations for us to get the tire fixed. Really appreciate all their help. They have gone beyond and above to help their customers."

"We had an excellent stay for 4 nights. The staff were wonderful, very informative front desk and great service at the bar and restaurant. We ate most nights here and had very good food. The place had a very homey feel, not overly large at all. The breakfast was very good and available as early as 6 am, which helped us as we had excursions planned that picked is up by 645 am. I'd return to this hotel again without hesitation."

"I wish we could've stayed longer than 4 days - we spent so much time hiking and touring the park, that we didn't get to take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer. And the hotel was really nice - great views of the mountains, horses grazing literally right outside our window, great food and wine choices. We did all our tours thru the Massif which is an adventure company located right in the lobby. "
