"Four of us had a wonderful stay at Sara and Rodrigo’s Rustic Suites! An ever warm welcome with a detailed and patient introduction of local culture and history made us feel very comfortable! "We had a lovely stay at Villanita for 5 days in March, before setting off to Torres del Paine National Park. Ana speaks excellent English and is beyond helpful. She arranged a taxi to pick up my husband at the airport when his plane got delayed and arrived at 1 am. She printed out ticket confirmations for us. She had great shopping suggestions (Balfer in Zona Franca for hiking gear) and even gave us a ride there. The two bedroom cabin is very cute with a full kitchen. There's a grocery store...

"The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. It is fine during quiet times during the say. The kitchen is supplied with the bare minimum, no salt etc. The bathroom does not have a shelf to put your toothbrush etc so you are stuck with the edge of the sink or the floor. "About 2 miles out of town, on the banks of the sound, with excellent views from every room. Our room was large, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was huge with standalone tub and separate shower with good water pressure. The only thing that I didn't like, was that the sink was in the room. Breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel will call a taxi whenever you want and its only $5 to town. "
