"This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help. STAY AWAY"

"Room photos don't match the photos on Expedia. Photos are more modern and of newly renovated, spacious, colorful rooms. Kitchen supplies and amenities extremely limited. Location is quite far from everything. You would need to take a bus to get to town, although the beach isn't too far."

"I had the panorama rooftop room. The views were pretty nice, It was on the 27th floor. From one living room you saw the mountains and the other living room had a view to the beach. The kitchen was really basic, two stoves and a pan. No oven or microwave. The internet connection was good, I was able to work remotely with it and watch live stream sport."
