"I am not sure why the hotel added the feature of having sound proof where I could hear everything within the room. But overall, i have enjoyed the stay. "

"We had a 20 hour layover and were able to get to the hotel, go downstairs and hop on the tube, do little sightseeing, go back to the room and sleep, and be at our gate in plenty of time for a flight the next day!"

"Amazing staff - everyone was friendly and welcoming! The hotel location is great close to two tube lines and minutes away from Buckingham palace. The room itself was great, recently renovated and incredibly comfortable. Only thing was our fridge had an odd smell so we couldnt use it and the elevators were slow as there was only one working for entire hotel. "
