"Our flight didn't arrive until after normal check in clises but we just sent an email and staff made a note we would be late arriving. Staff were great, very friendly and always happy to help. "The house is a bit outside town in a separate peaceful island. If you like more peaceful location, this is a good option. The town itself is easily reachable if you have a car. Multiple grocery stores are also nearby. The suite was well equipped and is suitable for two persons. The owner was also nice and we had easy communication with her of the practical accommodation matters. "

"Booked this hotel for a group of 4. Couldn't have asked for better, great location away from the main island, with amazing views and easy access to the cable car. "Breakfast buffet spread was exquisitely presented/plated. Outdoor footwear must be removed in indoor areas. Car parking location was about a 100m walk but we were allowed to drive up to our block to offload/load our luggage. The outdoors is in total darkness and it was out there that we took photos of the Northern Lights. The only blip we experienced was our room heating being not adequately warm enough during our three nights stay there. The heating is manually adjusted by the boss on her iPad."
