"Our flight didn't arrive until after normal check in clises but we just sent an email and staff made a note we would be late arriving. Staff were great, very friendly and always happy to help. The room was comfortable, we slept well and there were chairs to rest up. We had a great view out over the harbour and surrounding hills. The room was a little dusty and hotel staff do not come in to clean or replace anything during the stay so we had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper. There is...

"Very clean and comfortable property. Location is a little out of the city centre however excellent bus connection to central Tromsø every 10 minutes. Access to hotel is through the University of Northern Norway Hospital. Overall enjoyed the 3 night stay. "

"My daughter and I loved the charm and character of our room in the top floor under the eaves. The shower room was perfect and it was lovely to look out on the traditional property opposite as well as to glimpse the hills around us.
