"Peaceful, Relaxing Stay in Tuscany We had a great experience here. The setting is quiet and secluded—felt like a true escape from everyday life. The golf was excellent, the food was consistently good, and the service was friendly and professional. It is remote, which adds to the charm, but just a heads-up: if you need anything like Advil or small essentials, the nearest town is about 20 minutes away on a dirt road. Overall, everything was well done. We’d absolutely come back."

"It's hard to imagine you can call staying at a property with the nightly rates that are being charged here as good value, but amazingly it is. This is by far the best property I have ever had the joy of staying at, the attention to detail is second to none. All of the staff are amazing and make the stay feel like you're part of a family, you can spend all day just wandering around the grounds there are so many little details to find and the pool is to die for. The nightly dinners are some of the best you'll ever have, and the breakfast is a whole other level. Rooms are immaculate, feel like the level of luxury you'd expect for the price, but manages to feel really homely and not souless like some higher end properties can often become. Only bad thing I can say is that we spent 3 weeks in Italy after this stay and it ruined the rest of the trip for us because nothing can compare to this property. We stayed at other villas in Tuscany with similar ratings/price tags but Lupaia just has something else that the others can't replicate. "

"It is very close to autostrada,which is good if you have car. The Breakfast was excellant,with a wonderful hostess. This lady is a big bonus to this hotel.The air-conditioning is building controlled,which would not suit everyone.The cleaner for our area had poor attention to detail. The lead cleaner was very good and corrected our issues."
