"Overall, the hotel is well maintained and centrally located. Staff are friendly and efficient. My only complaint would be the noise. My room faced city hall and bells went off every hour and there are no restrictions to construction at night!!! I highly recommend wearing ear plugs for sleeping. "

"The most significant feature that impressed me the most was the service I recieved 24/6. When I had a problem with noisy neighbours they changed my room immediately and the concierge offered me a free breakfast. The rooms were spotless and the facilities excellent. Being a movie lover being beside Bell Lightbox was a dream come true. It is one of the top film houses around."
