The staff were all nice and friendly. The front desk staff dis a great job in explaining everything I needed to know, the housekeepers smiled when you see them at the hallway, and the breakfast server was also super approachable. The room is clean and newly renovated. You won’t smell any earthy scent that is common in old hotels. Buffet breakfast was also great. There were several food options and I’d say they have everything you need to start your day. The only thing I think that can be improved is the elevator. Although they had two functioning elevators, both were too tight and the wait times could be long especially during breakfast hours. Overall, it was a great stay and I’ll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Toronto.

Good average hotel for downtown Toronto. Rooms and lounge areas were clean. Hot breakfast was decent, selection of baked goods, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh waffles, oatmeal, cereal, juice and coffee. My only complaint was that the elevators were constantly occupied by service people. I understand they were cleaning and flipping rooms, but this was happening before check out, so it was a pain to get to breakfast, then again to check out. Could really benefit from a service elevator, or at least a better schedule for using the elevator. Bring up the clean linens to each floor at night, instead of occupying the tiny elevator during breakfast and checkout.

Lovely hotel in downtown Toronto! Walking distance to lots of great dining places and super close to Toronto general and Toronto western hospitals if you need a place to stay while attending appointments. Place was very clean and beds are comfy. Parking was super convenient and safe with the underground lot. Staff were very friendly during both my visits.

We loved the room, area, it was great. Parking was pretty pricey though, I get it's Toronto but 50 bucks for the night is a bit much. Overall, nice stay though.

Hotel was very nice. Parking was $45 a night, which was not disclosed when booking. Mini fridge included with room, but nothing in there - not even water, so we had to buy it. Breakfast was good.
