They provide a kids potty and stool and simple amenities like a toothbrush. Downside is the property needs more maintaining, there are scratches and dents everywhere and 2 twins pushed together do not make for a comfy bed"

"Very clean cosy apartment, with 2 huge rooms. The entire apartment was so clean, they do have washer/dryer for you to wash your clothes. Free parking for drivers, the owner will provide free coins. However the location is abit far, if u don't mind the distance, it is well worth the stay for it's cleanliness and house amenities "

"My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. Not only is there a 7/11 so close, but there are neighboring grocery stores that are open as well. The biggest selling point in my opinion is that the JR station is a 3 minute walk from the complex. convenient stay for airport travelers

"close to station that directly takes you to NRT, with express trains too. hotel is located on the bottom of hill, station is higher up on hill, so getting to hotel may require some time on elevator/escalator leaving the station (look for the right exit) to save you from walking the ramp on side of road. otherwise, hotel offers direct bus service to airport, we called front desk to reserve our seats for the bus leaving the next morning."

"Fast self check in (with staff to assist if required). Clean, well designed small rooms with complementary travel items such as facial cleansers, toothbrush etc. Possibly the cleanest property I've ever visited. The staff were cleaning the public areas all day and everything from luggage carts to floors to surfaces and bathrooms, are spotless. "
