My wife and I were perfectly satisfied with the room, which had a balcony overlooking the parking lot and, beyond it, a cemetery. The free breakfast was fantastic, with a huge spread that included delicious vegan options for picky eaters like us. "

"We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. I wrote to Expedia and the hotel to cancel the reservation.
