"This place is a fraud, upon arrival to the Jolla del Mar there is no lobby or no one to give you access to the room. The telephone number on their website is to the leasing office which they have no information about your booking. The worst experience was with expedia, they couldn't help me get the room I booked through them or cancel the transaction even that I informed them about my situation and that I believe it was a fraud. They keep standing the policy even that the the policy doesn't...

"They did not have my reservation. I tried calling and the phone number is incorrect. I had to stay at a different place. Do not drive to place until you have all info to access apartment. I believe that they also have it under airbnb"

"Don’t do it. We spent a whole lot of our vacation time trying to get a hold of the owner but NEVER got a response. Since it was a holiday weekend no rooms were available so we ended up sleeping in our car at a campground. Expedia tried getting a hold of the host and no luck either. Looked good in pictures but we will never know. "
