But if you do need to contact the property manager via WhatsApp, she is great, polite and quick to respond to fix any issues you might have. The security staff is professional as well. "Don’t do it. We spent a whole lot of our vacation time trying to get a hold of the owner but NEVER got a response. Since it was a holiday weekend no rooms were available so we ended up sleeping in our car at a campground. Expedia tried getting a hold of the host and no luck either. Looked good in pictures but we will never know. "
