"we loved this property! only about 5-10min walk from Munich Hbf. there’s a tram station just across the street to take us easy to the city center. great walkable dining options around the area and the lobby is a 24hr cafe/bar. breakfast was just okay, we didn’t think it was worth the €20-something cost. they have tap water with glasses available in the lobby since Vienna water is very clean. the room could be a bit more cleaner. also we couldn’t figure out the heater (it was too hot in our room)...
