" My partner and I spent 8 nights at Riu Jambo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and overlooked the beach, which made for a beautiful setting. Housekeeping maintained it well, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh and comfortable. The staff at Riu Jambo were outstanding — always full of energy, warm, and incredibly helpful. I unfortunately had an accident while in Zanzibar (unrelated to the hotel), and the way the staff supported me during my recovery was truly exceptional. They were accommodating, caring, and always ready to assist. A special thank you to William, who we often saw in the buffet dining room. He was a pleasure to speak with and always made sure my partner and I were comfortable and well looked after. The rest of the breakfast and dinner team were equally amazing — attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. While the food could be a little repetitive at times, there was a wide variety and something to suit everyone’s tastes. If I return to Zanzibar, I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Riu Jambo for making our experience so positive — a well-deserved 10/10!"

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at LUX at the end of May — the place is absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff made our experience truly special. A big shoutout to Kennedy at the front desk — his hospitality was out of this world! So pleasant and polite, he took the time to show us around and made us feel at home right away. Huge thanks to Abdul at the cashier desk for the amazing upgrade to the Executive Beach Front Room #9 — what a treat! And Ali at Café LUX, thank you for your help — such a well-mannered young man.
