Family friendly Hotels in Tanjung Riau, Batam

"There is a swimming pool which is rarely used. I went and realised that it has few safety issues. You can’t get into pool safely. The steps to get into the pool is narrow and slippery. Poor markings re depth. Appreciate if these are sorted as planning to come again next year "

"The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms and a modern design. I particularly appreciated the hotel’s taxi service, which offered reasonable prices and made it convenient to access the nearby ferry terminal and restaurants. The service overall was good, and I enjoyed the excellent coffee at the breakfast buffet. However, I was disappointed to find ants appearing on the table while I was eating breakfast, which detracted from the experience."

"Nice location. Slight slope down and the Grand Batam Mall is there. Nearby alot of cafes, massage shops. Safe area along busy main road No pool but the room makes up for it. Looks more like “ business hotel”room at one glance but is also good for leisure .Buffet breakfast was included in the room deal. Happy with that. Porridge, local rice , dishes , fruits, salad, egg station. Of course is not like a 5 star spread but good enough. Staff at reception friendly. Renovation on going at level 1 bur at room, cannot hear it"

"The staff arebthe highlight. Great pool. Ok rooms. Beach access not a thing. Don't pay extra for it. Not a swimming beach. Shipping lane and industrial area. Good place if you just want to switch iff. Not good if you want shops and restaurants. Live entertainment in the evening was good."
