Hotel is convenient to Nagoya Shopping Centre (5-10 min walk. Room was clean. Was very frustrated with the poor internet as had to log in again almost every time I wanted to use it. Satellite TV was limited to what I was expecting. Only two elevators and at times had to wait for long periods of time to use. Limited breakfast, compared to other hotels. All in all, o.k. but not sure if want to use again.

Family suddenly feel like going for a day getaway. We didnt manage to book the usual hotel, got this hotel last minute without looking other reviews .This will be the first and last time staying in this hotel : First room not ready when we came at 2plus deliberately, given only one card causing inconvenience, water bottles x2 ea provided , towels x 3 ea when we mentioned 4 guests.Not to mention the hot water took quite a while. luckily the staffs are polite and professional in service, beds are comfortable , 2 out of 3 air conditioning system work very well , shower s' water pressure ok, both TV working, swimming pool nice but cosy, location near nagoya shopping mall. We feel it is not really worthwhile in term of $$.

I ignore what other people say before i book the room but after i arrive there i do relaise the room was small,air con are leaking ,the toilet water are slow and dirty Some staff are arrogant as they are when you ask what was wrong with the lift, instead of asnwering they choose to be pretending not to listen ..we up the stair case since we arrive until we chech out. Anyway we book the big room with 2 bedroom,living room n kitchen but the room are not as fresh ,clean and good as i thought

In desperate need of a refurb. Room was tatty but the bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom was minuscule and the towels. would rip the skin from your back. Staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful. Buffet breakfast was very limited and the fruit was tired looking. My room overlooked the nearby mosque and the soundproofing of the windows did nothing to stop the 4am wake up call from the Muezzin.

Horrible, we went for breakfast at 8.30am and there was ay food left. Made a complaint to the floor manager and she smile n said that breakfsst is till 11am. U can open the cafe the whole day but with out even cereal or even bread what u expect ur customers to eat?
