"The staff was very friendly. We had a great time at the property. We used the pool, which was clean. They have an ice and water machine in each floor. The rooms are very modern and our room offered breathtaking views of the ocean and the mountains. Another plus was it was a short walk to the shops and beach. I will definitely stay here again."

"The front desk receptionist Sarita was the sole person who helped in our plea for another available room due to my husband's breathing health issues and allergies. Sarita was understanding and compassionate to our needs and she went the extra mile above and beyond to help us. It was through her caring that she was able to find another room which allowed us to stay the entire 28 days with comfort and ease of my husband's breathing, allergies, and health. We'll be planning to return to the Guam Reef Hotel in the near future. The entire staff were pleasant, accommodating, respectful, and went out of their way to help us in every capacity.
