"Room was clean and spacious. Staff very friendly. Water did not get hot, maintenance fixed while I was out. Then room had a water leak after the rain. I was moved to another room, no upgrade for inconvenience. Hot water did not work in second room either. "

"booked last minute room and picked wrong date by accident because of the time difference. and they could not bother to be accommodating one bit and at least offer some kind of credit towards new room given i just paid then free money and did not used the room. instead they chose to offer their best and more expensive options taking advantage of the last minute situation i found myself. "Room did not appear to have gone through a complete refresh, a worn wash cloth was on the bed in an odd location, the bathroom ammenities did not appear to have been replaced a tooth brush had already been opened. Ice and water machines on many floors were not working I was on the 6th floor and ice and water only working on 3, 8 or 9. but with the discount I got through Expedia it was still a good value."
