Parking was awful. 30 a day for Valet. If you selfpark you need to drive thru Valet for them to open the gate. The Pro Shop staff was AMAZING.

This property was run down. None of the appliances worked. Electrical problems in the room. Room had insect problems like roaches. Staff was extremely rude and condescending. There was a bit of racism going on as well.

Review: Disappointing and Overpriced I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The property feels stuck in the 80’s, with outdated decor and no apparent effort to modernize. The old carpet throughout the resort was visibly dirty, adding to the overall sense of neglect. The atmosphere was dark and gloomy, making it hard to feel relaxed or comfortable. On top of that, the staff was surprisingly unfriendly, offering little assistance or hospitality, which only added to the inconvenience of staying here. Considering the condition of the resort and the lack of service, the stay was expensive and not worth the cost. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and pleasant getaway.

It may have been nice at 1 time- the rooms were shabby in disrepair. The entrance door had 1.5 gap at bottom. the walls and ceilings had damage. We could not get the shower to turn on -When we called the desk we were told " you have to really hard- don't worry you will not break it" We only stayed 1 night as a layover so cannot speak to any other ammenities

Ive been to many hotels in my life and you would think with the price of it and it being a resort that itd be straight up luxary. This place was by far worse than a motel 6 or motel 8. And I've seen some bad motels too. I didnt even stay a single night here. I checked in. The resort is a mirage. It looks fancy coming in. Minor issue to get anywhere you have to use a golf cart so no ordering foid delivery services here. Then the golf cart takes you into the resort and to these buildings that just straight up look like outdated outside apartment complexes. with stairs going up. I thought okay a little weird but my minds open. I walk in. The first things I notice is a hole behind the front door okay. Whatever i take a picture of it because im paying 200$ in incidentals for my deposit. Notice the bathroom looks extremely small okay. Pictures online i get sometimes make the place look bigger. Then i notice theres no fridge no microwave and no hotel room phone...Okay? I'm admittedly starting to get upset because i brought drinks to keep cold. I then sit down try to turn on the TV. TV doesnt turn on for a whole 20 minutes, then finally on its own kicks on to cable. Okay well finally at least the TV is working. As im sitting on the sheets of the bed i notice its musky...kinda like it just got taken out of a dryer that hardly dries kinda wet musky. Using bathroom I noted baby and adult cockroaches. I start to read reviews. Looked closer at the wall. Mold in peeled wallpaper. I leave.

We could only get the air conditioning down to 70 degrees. When staying in a hotel, part of the luxury is to sleep in a very cool room, this did not feel cool. Many of the outlets did not work in the room. The shower handle didn't stay up, so the water was burning hot. While the room seemed clean, everything in the room seemed original and carpet and wallpaper that old doesn't have a clean feeling. The resort was very outdated.
