"Had a great stay! Close to the beach! "

"this is my second time staying at this property. I came back because i liked the location, the rooms-they are spacious and convenient, it was cute and the beach is great. The only negative i noted the first time is that the pools were too small for the number of guests and by the mid day i did not feel it was clean enough to swim in. However, i am not sure if i would stay there again. While all the positives are still there, the hotel needs some Maintenace. The towels were old, used up,...

"I enjoyed the spacious rooms (2 bathrooms for a standard 2 double beds room is great) and the rooftop pool. Staff was courteous and helpful Some rooms are starting to be a bit dated and could use a little more love Overall, good experience and walking distance to lots of restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops, etc."

"Excellent location for accessing the beach at Surfside (2min walk). Good choice of restaurants on the street behind the hotel and at the adjacent Bal Harbour shopping mall. Free use of beach chairs and umbrellas helped save on expensive rentals on the beach. "
