Surfers Paradise hotel rooms a the Independent

"Q1 is always my go to when visiting the GC. Rooms are great layout with kitchen and laundry. Perfect area with shops, restaurants near by, tram stop right outside easy to get the airport and themeparks. Short walk to and from the beach. Pools and arcade are lovely for adults and kids, longboards restaurant onsite does room service as easy accessible from hotel. Activities staff are really great at matching what you want to do with your budget. Will be coming back "

"Photos look excellent and facilities are good but for the hundreds of rooms they have in the building I think in the middle of the season sharing 5 BBQs across 41 floors might be a struggle. Was a new build a few years ago presumably but just needs a little maintenance here and there. Can’t leave things because they’re new "

"Lovely unit with great ocean view. Close walk to light rail, short walk into main part of Surfers Paradise. Comfortable bed, pillows were ok, strong shower pressure, good size kitchen, could not fault really."
