"Excellent location and the room was really good. Everything was great. Except the parking, the lifts, and the pool. Parking advice was not provided and was really hard. The temperature of the pools was all out of whack, and the poolsides were gross. Foodscraps and empty containers and drinks were always present. Terrible. And the lifts. Ridiculous. Only four servicing such a big building is insane. Worst I’ve ever encountered. "

"The finishes on this hotel are excellent. We had a superior ocean view room, very spacious and excellent bathroom amenities.. yes the bathtub is as big as the photos in real life.
