"The staff were very nice and helpful, however our stay was quite disappointing. The wifi didn’t work at all when we got there and even after getting fixed we kept losing connection a few times. Bathroom light was out. Air conditioning was completely broken and took few days to install a new one. We got a spot cooler as a temporary replacement but that was connected to the balcony so our window partially needed to be open which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, especially at night. "Our apt no. 52 was spacious and beautifully comfortable. It was immaculately clean and very livable. Our friends apt was 32 and the furniture in the living room was not comfortable. They also had an incident where the maintenance man walked in while they were in the room. Reception was not apologetic or sympathetic. The pool area and grounds were beautifully maintained. Location was good and overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"Really great area, you’re so close to the beach, shopping, grocery store, restaurants and bus stop. Location can’t be beat. Unfortunately in my unit the wifi was extremely spotty which was a big problem for me because it relied on it heavily. Also found roaches under the dishwasher but they did spray and exterminator came the next day. Overall a good experience."
