"The staff were very nice and helpful, however our stay was quite disappointing. The wifi didn’t work at all when we got there and even after getting fixed we kept losing connection a few times. Bathroom light was out. Air conditioning was completely broken and took few days to install a new one. We got a spot cooler as a temporary replacement but that was connected to the balcony so our window partially needed to be open which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, especially at night. "This place is flash!!! The moment we opened the door, our mouths dropped. The view of the beach was stunning, the room was super modern and clean. No sample products, they actually had full bottles of bathroom products for us to use. The bed was super comfy, and the bath was amazing. This place exceeded our expectation. "
