It was fine. Not great but okay. The apartment is a bit dingy and there was dirt behind the bathroom door where the floor hadnt been cleaned and that gave me the ick when I arrived, but the bed was comfortable and we werent in it most of the day. I think sound reflects off nearby skyscrapers so it was surprisingly noisy even on level 10, but there's nothing the owners could have done about that.

Good for a week in winter
Situated half way between Broadbeach and Surfers one bedroom and kitchenette was fine and in winter the inside pool and spa were great and hot although you can do the same outside if needed.However I object to pay for a pool towel and extra for more toilet paper as this is petty and should be included free and office hours could be open longer.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we spoke to them about a concern we had, they immediately worked on it. The rooms were very spacious and felt like home. If we visit Gold Coast again, this would definitely be the place we'd stay in.

We had mixed feelings about the Marrakesh. We liked the location, the pool, the apartment is spacious, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We did not like having to purchase basic supplies like toilet paper and dish soap. It is looking worn and needs a deep clean. Each room is unique so do not rely on the pictures. We rented a superior room but based on other rooms, it did not seem superior. The people at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Overall it was fine but not really what we were expecting.
