"Staff were great but the service was so slow. Evening meal in the bistro was disgraceful but in the Japanese restaurant it was great but again, very slow. No quiet areas where you can bring your own drinks to sit and relax. Pool is not at all what is shown and you can't get an alcholic drink there either. Have to compliment your staff though. "

"Hotel was ok overall, except for minor faults in the cleanliness and the facility (bathroom). However, the problem was the loud music from outside. Perhaps, there is a club of some sort. The music was blaring all night, which made it very difficult to have a sound sleep. I strongly think the hotel management should manage this problem for the potential hotel guests. "
