Hotels with Airport Shuttle in Surabaya, East Java

"The hotel was conveniently located near the Surabaya Airport and Immigration office, but it only provided a shuttle from and to the airport despite the immigration office being close. If you don't get a King bed room, then you will be stuck in very tiny and uncomfortable twin beds. Additionally, the condition of the hotel is not the best. "Nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping mall so lots of choice for dining. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was very nice. My only suggestion having stayed at lots of similar places is that there were a few simples things missing in the room that would have helped. No moisturising cream in the bathroom which is generally normal. There was no writing paper and pen/pencil in the room. Also there was a kitchen but no cloth or scourer to clean anything.
