"The hotel was conveniently located near the Surabaya Airport and Immigration office, but it only provided a shuttle from and to the airport despite the immigration office being close. If you don't get a King bed room, then you will be stuck in very tiny and uncomfortable twin beds. Additionally, the condition of the hotel is not the best. "We stayed for one night before we head back to America. Their hospitality was amazing. Wahyu ant the reception desk was extremely welcoming and helpful with our needs. Our breakfast was packed and ready at 5am. Our shuttle to the airport was ready and on time. The shuttle driver was very helpful as well. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future. "
