It’s under construction so it’s a. it rough in appearance but the parts that are done are beautiful and it’s going to be amazing when it’s all finished! The pool area and sitting area by the lobby are beautiful.

Keys work half of the time, construction in building with jackhammer from 9am to 6pm only one elevator work for 700 units, waiter in the beach u had to goo look for him to get your card back and close your bill. And I can keep on going

We were hesitant to book, given the bad recent reviews we read. We were pleasantly surprised and glad that we choose Newport! It was a great stay, the location is unbeatable. The room could certainly have been cleaner, but we didn’t spend much time there anyway. Only downfall is the heated pool closes @7PM, which is unfortunate for adults looking for some “non kid” swimming time. Also, There are not any restaurants “on site” as described but one next door at the pier. Overall, we would definitely book again!

The hotel is undergoing construction and our room was located in a bad place drilling on top of our room started from 8am Only 1 elevator was working had to wait more than half hour to go down We asked for blanket for the sofa bed and they said we don’t have blankets right now The bathtub was so disgusting I wouldn’t even step inside to take a shower The room smelled like mold Front desk was rude and not friendly at all didn’t help us at all The rooms are really really outdated and just gross and not worth the price we payed

It was unfortunate there was construction going on, so they did not have a real restaurant We didn’t hear any noise from the construction The pool area was immaculate. Everybody was nice and helpful. The gym could i’ve had newer equipment, but it was fine The beach was great and we had some great sunrise images and pictures
