Nice hotel attached to a small mall. Nice dining options as well as a well stocked little quick mart with everything from drinks and snacks to sandwiches and salads. I'd definitely stay here again.

when we went to check in the staff was in crisis as no rooms ready by 3 pm and no idea when rooms would be ready. they complained they were over booked. the food at this location was not good.

The hotel was overbooked the night before our stay. We arrived 30 minutes before check in time. In hopes to check in early but we were fine with waiting till a little after 4 if need be. We were put on a waitlist to check into our room and were told that no rooms were clean yet since they were overbooked the night before. After waiting an hour and a half past check in time we finally asked again if our room was ready and it was. We were suppose to get a call or text and never heard from anyone. The lobby was packed full of unhappy guests. Once we got in our room it looked like it was a half ass remodel job. The trim didnt even touch the floor. The carpet didn’t touch the wall. Looked dingy and gross. The air return vent in the room was dented and falling off. After I took a shower I then found out the water wouldn’t turn off. We had to practically force the knob way further than it’s suppose to go for a slow drip. Couldn’t take a bath cuz the drain plug was broken. Cancelled a different hotel to stay here because it looked better but instantly regretted it. We actually looked at switching hotels in the hour and a half wait but on a Friday night in Miami everything was booked. Wouldn’t stay here again. $200 a night for this was a huge disappointment and waste of money.

Upon checking in, I requested a 12:30 PM checkout and was granted it. I called the following morning at 8 am to confirm it. Housekeeping knocked on my door three times trying to enter despite the late checkout time. The second housekeeper yelled at someone (me maybe?) that she was specifically sent to the room to clean it. I was unable to sleep because of the interruptions. Horrible service!

Although close to the airport and not particularly cheap, this hotel does not live up to the expectation. We were disappointed in the cleanliness, room and cost. The breakfast buffet was good but way overpriced. Will not be returning to this hotel.
