"This is a gem of a hotel. Its not small but not huge and their is a great sense of care and friendliness. Its fabulous. The pool drck and pool in summer are exceptional! My favourite hotel for many years"

"Lovely small hotel one block off the waterfront. The area around the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The duvets and bed linens were cozy and the beds very comfortable! There were many amenities and great restaurants within walking distance. It’s a 15 minute walk to Prospera Centre. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Your front desk was exceptional with their service. Parma made the extra effort to find us a great room with all my requests and I incidently mentioned that we celebrating my birthday and the next thing i know a bottle of wine arrives at our room. Most kind and thoughtful. Great job Delta finding a jem in Parma to help out folks with their stay at your hotel. Cheers Shelley"
