"At first arrival we thought it was a little “rough”, but after seeing other places we could have stayed, this was a great place for the price. Best part was it was within walking distance of many restaurants, the Marriott resort and the “strip” (Caribbean beach with restaurants)… we will stay there again for the value."

"The hotel is next to Port Zante and all the tourists stores for the cruise ships. Good downtown location. Two minute walk to the Ram's large grocery store. My room was large and all the rooms come with a mini kitchen. It was stocked with dishes, glasses, pans, knives, silverware, electric stove, large fridge. The AC is in the ceiling, quiet, and it kept the room cold. My room faced the main street, Bay Road. But, with the windows closed it was quiet. I think it's the best downtown Basseterre...

"We were the only ones at the property. It was a long drive to the property but we had a rental car so it was fine. Beautiful place that they have not kept going. "

"Rooms were basic but very clean suited us just fine. The bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable; we have stayed at many Caribbean hotels and know not to expect super comfy beds but this one I think was hardest and most uncomfortable. Staff were very sweet and accommodating. The private beach area was very nice with use of chairs and umbrella. Nice location near the strip for many food options!"

"Alex & Annie were very professional, courteous, kind and helpful during my 7-day stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Alex & Annie willingly answered all my questions about St Kitts, places to visit around the island, and most importantly, places to eat and have fun. The location is perfect! Close to the airport, ferry to Nevis, Frigate Bay beach bars, Port Zante and a few steps from the town center. The best part is that it cost less than $87/night including taxes. Best deal in town. "Great location, next to MUA & the beach (secluded). Very clean room, not a single insect!! That's rare. Had a very good sleep assisted by gentle sea waves. I would like for them to invest in mini fridge. Other than that, highly recommended. "

"Mount Nevis hotel is set in a beautiful location overlooking St Kitts and the channel between Nevis and St. Kitts. The staff is excellent and friendly and accommodating. The rooms have a beautiful view and are clean. There are some things that can use an update, the sliders don’t slide easily and a lose tile on the patio here or there. That said we would go back in a heartbeat "

"We really enjoyed our time here! Rooms were nice, loved the balcony/porches, beautiful view of the water, chairs available on the beach, nice bar/restaurant!! I would say not much is walkable, maybe a couple restaurants and water taxi dock are walkable, other restaurants, beaches, etc require transportation. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!"
