"My husband and I had a short overnight stay without breakfast so had limited interaction with the hotel. However what we experienced was a fast and friendly service at reception, easy valet parking, a really clean and spacious room with very comfy bed and a great view. The hotel gave us everything we needed for our stay and we would definitely stay again if we are in Toronto."

"Great location (easy access to dining/shopping/metro), nice to have balcony access in our room, the room was clean, pool was nice (included a slide and hot tub) - my teen boys enjoyed it. Only negative was the check-in process (waited 20 minutes in a very long line), but once that was done we had a great stay"

"This hotel was great. Great experience, staff was so helpful beginning to end. Very friendly striking up conversations every chance they got. Room was quite small but it is a hotel downtown. Easy access for Ubers, short distance for transit. Close to Billy Bishop airport. "

"Very noisy, only because the design of the doors . Need to install easy closing mechanism. The are very loud slamming all hours of the night / day . Pillows are also substandard. Overall hotel is great in a prime location but I would not stay again until the doors are fixed "
