"Had a great stay here! The hotel is in a very convenient location. The underground parking lot is a little tight to maneuver. Hotel is well maintained, room was clean. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful."

"What a perfect place to stay in Toronto! With access to the underground shopping and walking network (PATH) from inside the building, you can get to anywhere in downtown without braving the cold! The hotel is also very charming with the historical vault, old blue prints and other items of historical significance around. If you can afford or get a killer rate on Expedia like I did, HIGHLY recommend making this your home while visiting Toronto."

"I am an older adult with arthritis in my knees which made it very difficult and painful to go up and down the stairs. My room was on the 2nd floor. I appreciate the staff for helping to take my luggage up and down the stairs. Another issue is that one of the door key did not work which caused some inconvenience for the 2nd guest"
