"A family oriented hotel. We are a family of five and appreciate the space to have a kitchen and living area. This hotel is affordable. A bit outdated, but if that makes it affordable I don't mind. "The one bedroom apartment was exactly what we wanted for our mid-week getaway. We enjoyed a few hikes in the area and it was nice to come back to a comfortable home base. The only really disappointing thing about our stay was that the hot tub was broken and although we were told they were working on fixing it- it didn’t look like anyone was working on it. "We really loved Spring Creek Vacations, the apartment we had was absolutely stunning and very well equipped, the only negatives is the ongoing building work which creates so much dust making it impossible to sit on the balcony. The views of the Three Sisters mountains are beautiful if you look over the building site, but with so much building work being done I think the area will become spoilt very quickly which is a shame. "Reserved 2 sites under same name. And were given 2 sites that were as far apart as they could be totally unacceptable"

"Check in process felt a little weird with having to send selfies, pictures etc…and a little confusing to get into the building. However the agent I called stayed on the phone with me until I got into the building safely. I see many people with a bad experience regarding deposit refunds. I got my full deposit back in the time frame the contract indicated. If you follow the rules you’ll have no issues getting the deposit refund. "

"The rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean. The furniture was very old and tattered. There were tears in the chairs, the couch was SO worn, and the beds creaked/rattled loudly every time someone shifted at all. The place is definitely overdue for an update! The pool is tiny and the "deck" out of our room was too. Overall it was fine. Pretty spacious, close to many things. Nothing special but adequate."

"You really cant beat the experience of staying here for less than 200$ a night in as good a location as Canmore. The amenities like the BBQ and full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer were great to have. Everything you need is in easy walking distance and the views are fantastic. I will definitely be looking at this place again for future stays!"
